NOTICES FOR THE WEEK 

Pentecost Sunday : 24th May, 2026

1.  Today the Church celebrates the Feast of “PENTECOST-THE BIRTHDAY OF THE CHURCH” We pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all of us.

2.  From Monday 25th May, we will resume praying the ANGELUS as usual.  

3. We encourage everyone to read the Holy Bible daily. Starting Monday, 25th May, we will read Chapter 1 of “The Book of Malachi” One chapter each day. Let us be faithful to our daily Bible Reading.

4. Next Sunday we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity.

5. The Holy Rosary is being recited daily at our Church Grotto, during the month of May at 6.30p.m. We invite you to be present for the Rosary. Also please pray the Rosary at your wayside Crosses or Grotto's and in your homes.

6.  Those who would like to be baptised and received in the Catholic Church, are requested to register at the Parish Office at the earliest.

7.  There are vacancies at Cardijn Technical Institute. Please see the notice board for details.

8.  Sunday 31st May is the conclusion of the Grotto Rosary. Prayers at 6.30p.m. followed by fellowship.

9.  Tonight -Saturday 23rd May, we have a mini-Pentecost Vigil, in our Church, from 8pm to 11.30pm. You are invited to attend.

10.  Last Sunday’s collection was Rs. 59,150/-

This collection will be kept for our parish.
